We are a family-owned and operated firm founded in 2015 that is fully focused on the production of Leptocarpha rivularis, better known in Chile as palo negro. What sets us apart is that we have witnessed what this plant is capable of. It got us out of a fairly serious medical situation and, as a group, we decided to fully commit to harvesting and packaging this wonderful plant.
The investment has been necessary, as tasks as simple as drying the plant material must be performed in accordance with conditions specified in the scientific literature. For instance, if we were to simply dry the plant outdoors in direct sunlight, studies show that most of the leptocarpin would be lost. This would be completely unacceptable, as this molecule is the active agent in our products. Major investments have been made in terms of equipment and infrastructure, not to mention the leases which have been signed for the prime acreage which provides the fairly specific conditions L. rivularis requires.
Therefore, we have pushed our finances, careers and personal lives to the limit in order to bring this product to individuals across the globe. We believe in its efficacy and are excited to see what researchers will have to say about it within the coming years. Many within the field believe that all of the promising evidence uncovered thus far is only the tip of the iceberg.
Additionally, every care has been taken to set up an optimum work environment which ensures that the raw material is processed according to Chilean health codes, which are some of the strictest in the world. We have built a small, yet highly efficient team of individuals who are extremely well-versed on the handling and packaging of this botanical. Every one of our employees is fully aware of how much confidence we place in the effectiveness of properly processed L. rivularis; which is to say, we know it works – and they strive to deliver this botanical in the best state possibl
